Sugar Free Banana Bread

Sharing is caring!

Is there anything better than a simple, moist banana bread?

Well we’re excited to finally share the best ever banana bread recipe for 2020 and to top it off it is a sugar-free banana bread recipe!

We love bananas, but we always order way too many.

When bananas get overly ripe their sweetness gets intensified, and although they can be tough to eat before you throw them out, your two best options are to freeze them for smoothies or make banana bread.

Recently we’ve been making a TON of banana bread to a point where we think we can officially claim we have the world’s best banana bread recipe.

How do we make tasty banana bread without sugar?

We make it with Purecane, the only sweetener we’ve ever loved… and we’ve tried them all.  Purecane is special because it’s all-natural and fermented with sugarcane and it is also non-GMO, zero calorie, and gluten-free.

We also love Purecane because unlike every sweetener on the market, it doesn’t have a bitter after taste.

We’ve been eating and baking banana bread for years, but until our recent vacation to Australia we were doing it wrong the whole time.

In Sydney almost every cafe has their own version of banana bread, and they’re all incredible and extremely moist.

We were never able to get their secret recipes, but since that trip we’ve been continuously testing new banana bread recipes.

After countless tests we learned that the perfect banana bread texture happens when you mix in four ripe bananas.

Practically every recipe online calls for two bananas and at most three, but when you use four ripe bananas the bread comes out extremely moist and the banana flavor is true to the fruit.

To complete our perfect banana bread recipe, our addition of Purecane was a true gamechanger.

Purecane as a sweetener is great in a ton of ways, but where it truly shines is when it’s combined with fruit.

If you have additional dietary restrictions, you might also want to try eggless banana bread.

We don’t know what it is with the sweetener, but it enhances the fruit flavor beyond its normal self in an amazing way.

Hey Lisa, For some reason the nutrition information is not pulling into the recipe. This banana bread loaf makes 8 large slices. It is 293 calories per thick slice. Using regular sugar adds about an additional 90 calories per slice.
      Enjoy!
