This air fryer boneless wing recipe brings big, bold buffalo wing flavor with less calories! It's easy, quick, and the whole family will love this one!

Scramble eggs for your wet dip.  In a separate bowl add flour, cayenne, chili pepper, and a touch of paprika to a bowl and give it a quick whisk so it’s properly mixed.

Dip the chicken in the egg bowl, and then using a separate hand dip them into seasoned flour. Shake off excess batter, and place them on your air fryer tray. Spray with olive oil before putting into air fryer for extra crisp!

Preheat your air fryer to 375 degrees fahrenheit.  We cook our nuggets for 15 minutes.

Immediately toss your boneless wings into your homemade buffalo sauce! Enjoy with your favorite ranch or blue cheese dipping sauce!
