Air Fryer Coconut Shrimp
This Coconut Shrimp exterior is sweet and crisp, and can be achieved by using your air fryer!
Prepare and gather your ingredients
Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees. Thaw your shrimp in a bowl of cool water. Peel and devein if not already done!
Prepare three shallow bowls with your batter, eggs, and coconut flakes & breadcrumbs
Coat the shrimp in the flour, shaking off the excess. Next, dip it in the egg until well coated. Then, coat with the coconut panko.
Complete this for all shrimp, then spray both sides of the shrimp with olive oil on the air fryer rack.
Cook at 350 degrees for 9-10 minutes, flipping halfway through
