Apple Smoked Pork Chops
This smoked pork chop recipe will blow your mind!
You can use this recipe whether you are making smoked bone-in pork chops or smoked boneless pork chops
Make your brine: 4 cups apple cider ⅓ cup coarse salt 2 bay leaves 8 whole cloves
Add pork chops to the brine and let sit overnight in the refrigerator
For our pork chops, we smoked them at a lower temp: 250 degrees F.
Smoke with a drip pan of apple cider and butter underneath until an internal temp of 145 degrees.
Serve your smoked pork chops with the apple cider glaze that was under the pork on the smoker
