Our Brazilian Picanha Recipe

Picanha is a Sirloin Roast with the fat cap in place, typically served at Brazilian steakhoueses

Start by cutting your roast into thirds and scoring the fat cap

Season the meat with salt and pepper

Fold a piece of steak in half and impale with a BBQ skewer

Repeat this for all three sections of steak

Grill your meat on high heat, turning every 5 minutes until an internal temp of 125 F

Let the picanha rest, then slice

Serve in a Brazilian bowl or on Brazilian Pao de Queijo - Swipe up for the full recipe!
