Prep
For the juiciest turkey, we recommend brining your bird the night before.

Step 1
Set your pellet smoker to 220 degrees fahrenheit – we use apple wood pellets.
Step 2
While the smoker is heating up, pull your turkey out of the fridge and pat dry.
Step 3
Season the bird with salt and pepper or the rub. of your choice.
Step 4
Add your turkey to the smoker once it gets to 220 degrees and place the turkey thigh side up
Step 5
Remove turkey when it reaches an internal temp of 165 degrees.
