Set your pellet smoker to 250 degrees fahrenheit
Step 2
Cut pork belly into 1 1/2 inch cubes and season with your rub of choice

Smoke for 3 hours

Mix butter and bbq sauce in a pan and add your pork belly burnt ends. Smoke for an additional 15 minutes until well combined with the sauce
