Pork Belly Burnt Ends

Step 1 Set your pellet smoker to 250 degrees fahrenheit

Step 2 Cut pork belly into 1 1/2 inch cubes and season with your rub of choice

Step 3 Smoke for 3 hours

Step 4 Mix butter and bbq sauce in a pan and add your pork belly burnt ends. Smoke for an additional 15 minutes until well combined with the sauce

Step 5 Serve! Eat them plain as an appetizer, put in tacos, or serve them on a roll with slaw as a sandwich.
