If you’re looking for a fast, healthy appetizer, air fryer shishito peppers are where it’s at. Our air fried shishito peppers are charred and blistered just like what you’d find at a restaurant!
Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees. Spray your washed shishito peppers with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Add to your air fryer basket, making sure to not overcrowd the basket, depending on the size of your air fryer.
Cook for 6-9 minutes until the exterior starts to blister.
Mix together your shishito pepper glaze ingredients: the sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and vinegar. Brush the shishito peppers with the ginger soy glaze and return to the air fryer for a final minute
Garnish the air fried shishito peppers with sesame seeds and scallions and serve with the sriracha mayo dipping sauce.
