Ingredients:
- 6 Omaha Steaks Chicken Breasts
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt and pepper (you can more to post cooking to taste)
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- ½ white onion diced
- 6 oz of buffalo sauce
- 2 tbsp butter
Steps:
- Thaw your chicken breasts.
- Spray inside of a small slow cooker with non-stick spray.
- Coat the chicken breast in olive oil.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place the chicken in the slow cooker.
- Cover with chopped onions, wing sauce, and butter.
- Cook on high for 3-4 hours or until the chicken breasts easily pull apart.
- Use two forks to shred the chicken breasts.
- Serve with your choice of ranch or blue cheese and enjoy!
