This buffalo chicken crockpot recipe couldn’t be easier. All you need are your seasonings, buffalo sauce, chopped onion and chicken breasts.

There are a few things you can do to ensure juicy chicken.

First of all use a high quality chicken breast.

Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 6 Omaha Steaks Chicken Breasts
  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper (you can more to post cooking to taste)
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ white onion diced
  • 6 oz of buffalo sauce 
  • 2 tbsp butter

Steps:

  1. Thaw your chicken breasts.
  2. Spray inside of a small slow cooker with non-stick spray.
  3. Coat the chicken breast in olive oil.
  4. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  5. Place the chicken in the slow cooker.
  6. Cover with chopped onions, wing sauce, and butter.
  7. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or until the chicken breasts easily pull apart.
  8. Use two forks to shred the chicken breasts.
  9. Serve with your choice of ranch or blue cheese and enjoy!
