How to serve instant pot bbq pulled pork

Another reason why we love pulled pork in the instant pot is because it is so versatile.

Since instant pot pulled pork butt makes quite a bit of meat, it’s great to know that if you have any leftovers (which we bet you will!) you can turn this recipe into many different meals.

The most obvious way to serve up a meal using pulled pork is to make pulled pork bbq sandwiches. Simply slice a bun, top it with meat and slaw.

For a Tex Mex twist, consider making pulled pork tacos. Pair the pulled pork meat with a warm tortilla, cole slaw, radishes and jalapenos.

A scrumptious side dish (or meal on its own) is to bake a potato and stuff it with pulled pork. You can use either a sweet potato or a traditional russet potato. Hot tip: check out our air fryer baked potato recipe for a perfect baked potato.

Another tasty way to use meat from this dish is to make fried rice by sauteing rice and instant pot pulled pork butt with a scrambled egg and veggies or kimchi.
