Any day could be taco Tuesday in our household, and if you’re feeling excited for an extra special taco night, look no further than our lobster taco recipe.
This easy lobster taco recipe is simple because you can prepare your lobster in a number of ways and then simply add it to corn or flour tortillas and top with delicious toppings.
We typically prefer corn tortillas because the sweetness of the corn compliments the sweet lobster meat.
We love seafood tacos as a lighter alternative to our ground beef, shredded chicken and Beef Barbacoa Recipe.
Especially on a hot day during the summer months here in Texas, a lighter protein is appreciated as a unique switch up from a typical tacos.
