Snowbird Cocktails and Kitchen is a vivey, late night hot-spot, so why would it be any different during brunch?!
If you’re looking to take your tastebuds on a trip around the globe, head to brunch at Snowbird Cocktails & Kitchen.

You’ll find a chaufa (a dish we enjoyed during our travels to Lima, Peru), created with quinoa.
For a taste of the Yucatan, you can enjoy pork cochinita stuffed inside tamales.

The tamales are larger than typical tamales which allows you to enjoy even more filling.
Another unique dish that got us excited was the “charcuterie sunrise”, a grazing board comprised of your favorite breakfast bites like eggs, bacon, sausage, fresh berries and fruit, plus an herbed cream cheese.
The decor features luxe, jewel-toned banquettes and neon lights, which complement the artfully made craft cocktails.
Be sure to order the Pretentious Pineapple, which includes roasted pineapple juice and tequila in a unique light-up pineapple-shaped cocktail glass.
Consider this spot if you are celebrating with a large group because the venue has ample space for a celebration.

Best Casual Brunch: Ascension Coffee
Don’t rule out Ascension Coffee for brunch!
What appears to be a simple coffee shop is also a great place with a mouthwatering breakfast menu and even a wine bar if you’re looking for a mimosa!
A few dishes that we loved were the wagyu breakfast hash and the migas.
The plate of migas were loaded with a chorizo hash and a spicy chipotle vinaigrette sauce.
Ascension is a nice place for a quick cup of coffee or a great breakfast plate.

Best Pancakes: Barney’s Brunch House
We can’t have a list of the best brunch in Frisco, TX without including Barney’s. This award-winning breakfast establishment was awarded the Readers’ Best Brunch in DFW area award from the Dallas Morning News.
Barneys Brunch House does brunch, and only brunch, that’s why they’re experts!

From apple pecan to Boston cream pie french toast meal to flapjacks flavored like a red velvet cake, there are flavor combinations that feel like you’re actually eating dessert.
Can’t make up your mind? Try a sampler platter.
We were able to enjoy the cinnabomb, the elvis, and the berry explosion pancakes all on one massive platter.

Best Seafood Brunch: Tricky Fish
Tricky fish is a seafood restaurant that brings in flavors from the South.
While most people think about heading to this restaurant for dinner entrees like their gumbo, redfish, and shrimp and grits, it should be known that they do have breakfast specials on Saturday and Sunday brunch.
For weekend brunch offerings, you’ll find southern-inspired breakfast items, like the crab cake benedict, fried shrimp and oyster grits, and the nola benedict featuring andouille sausage.

You can also order their regular menu, even at brunch time in case you have a hankering for their fish and chips or bacon-wrapped shrimp.
One thing we love about Tricky Fish are their generous portion sizes, tropical drinks, fresh fish, and really tasty seasoned fries.
The patio offers a great view of all the happenings at Tostito’s Championship Plaza outside of Ford Center at the Star.

Best Classic Breakfast: Depot Cafe
Looking for a traditional brunch spot with a Southern influence?
Head to the Depot Cafe.
This Frisco establishment has been a part of the community dating back to the 1960s when it was a grocer and butcher shop.
The business evolved over the years, but the Depot Cafe as we know it today opened in 1999.
This cafe feels old school, yet they offer a wide variety of vegan and vegetarian breakfast options alongside their southern biscuits and chicken fried steak.
A number of mexican-inspired dishes can also be found on the menu, such as migas and huevos rancheros.
This is the type of place our dad would love to hang out at every weekend for one of their traditional breakfasts.
They have great service with a warm smile at this friendly breakfast brunch restaurant.

Best Coffee Shop with Breakfast Offerings: Daily Grinds
For a more casual brunch option that is focused on quality pastries, head to Daily Grinds.
We were so impressed by the quality of croissants that are offered. You can enjoy a pastry on its own, or get the croissant made into a breakfast sandwich.
We loved the croissant that was stuffed with lox, capers, tomatoes, and cucumbers.
It’s a quick-service restaurant so it’s a nice option if you’re in a hurry and you find that some of your other favorite places have a bit of a wait.
